About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Account Manager to join our team at Tagline Communications Inc.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and thrive under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prospect, qualify, pitch, and close new business opportunities for the company.
  2. Aid the accounts team with sales forecasting and closure to help achieve the company's target revenues.
  3. Develop and implement strategic plans to generate new business.
  4. Collaborate with accounts and digital production teams on lead generation initiatives.
  5. Build and manage a pipeline of business.
  6. Track sales and report new opportunities to management.
Requirements
  1. Graduate of Bachelor's in Arts, Management, Business; Major in Communications, Communication Arts, Advertising, Marketing, Multimedia Arts, or other related courses.
  2. Must have one (1) to three (3) years of solid experience in sales or marketing.
  3. Strategic, analytic, and customer-centric.
  4. Good knowledge of digital best practices, marketing strategies, and social media management.
  5. Familiarity with social and digital platforms such as Meta Suite, Twitter, TikTok, Google, Email Marketing, etc.
