Job Summary

">

The Business Process Transformation Manager will play a key role in driving business transformation through process improvement initiatives. This individual will partner with GSSC functions and/or global stakeholders to drive process re-engineering, reduce process gaps/variations, and execute the continuous improvement framework.

">Main Responsibilities">
  1. ">
  2. Drive business transformation through process improvement initiatives.">
  3. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process re-engineering and reduce process gaps/variations.">
  4. Execute the continuous improvement framework and lead continuous improvement programs for the GSSC.">
  5. E nsure the CI Approach is effectively implemented consistently across the centre – Top Down, Bottom-up, and Cross-functional.">
  6. Partner with Operations to align, prioritize the initiatives, and closely monitor until completion.">
  7. Responsible for the roll-out and facilitation of various CI Forums such as Kaizen, CI, and OE Forums.">
  8. Conduct CI workshops like Kaizen, Lean/Six Sigma, RCA, FMEA with the business/service delivery teams in the organization.">
  9. Build and maintain effective partnerships with local and onshore stakeholders.">
  10. Utilize leading practice methods & tools to conduct 'as-is' documentation and design 'to-be' processes when necessary.">
  11. Perform ongoing reviews to ensure customer needs are met.">
">Required Education">

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

">Required Experience">

5 years relevant experience.

">Preferred Competencies/Skills">

  2. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, comfortable dealing with all levels of management both in GSSC and onshore.">
  3. Excellent workshop facilitation and data gathering skills.">
  4. Process flow design and optimization.">
  5. Project management skills (implementation to completion).">
  6. Excellent stakeholder management skills.">
  7. Familiarity with process automation tools.">
  8. Excellent use of desktop data applications – e.g., Power BI and Excel.">
  9. Adaptable to change and able to work in a highly dynamic environment.">
  10. Ability to manage multiple initiatives; ability to work with centre-wide and regional projects.">
  11. Strong agility and flexibility.">
">Preferred Experience">
  1. ">
  2. 5 years of experience in 'as-is' process discovery and 'to-be' process modeling and analysis, using structured methodology with proven results.">
  3. Has led multiple continuous improvement projects that delivered tangible benefits.">
  4. At least 1 year experience in the financial services industry, preferably in insurance.">
  5. At least 2 years relevant experience in general management, leadership, and team coaching preferred.">
  6. Working experience in a consulting or shared services environment preferred.">
  7. Graduate degree in Business, Engineering, or related disciplines.">
  8. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or equivalent.">

  2. Knowledge in process & data analysis.">
  3. Knowledge in Lean/Six Sigma, Quality Management.">
  4. Knowledge of Process Maturity Framework.">
  5. Expert knowledge of risk and internal control concepts and experience in applying them to plan, perform, manage, and report on the evaluation of various business processes/areas/functions.">
  6. Deep understanding of definition, implementation, and analysis of metrics and providing insights.">
  7. Application of CI tools – e.g., process mining or statistical tools.">
  8. Conceptual knowledge/background in Agile (Scrum) practice, and/or Project Management.">
  9. Preferably with knowledge in the Insurance industry.">
