Editorial Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned editor to drive the refinement of manuscripts and lead content conversion projects.

  • Edit and refine manuscripts for various formats, ensuring clarity, coherence, and consistency.
  • Lead the conversion of book chapters into standalone white papers, maintaining original tone and purpose.
  • Convert white papers into optimized blog posts, generating engaging social media content and collaborating with designers on visual execution.
  • Create quote-based memes using impactful excerpts and branded visuals.
  • Adapt blog posts into effective video scripts.
  • Edit reports, proposals, presentations, and website copy to align with brand voice.
  • Write professional press releases for new content launches and updates.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in English, Journalism, or Communications preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Developmental Editor, with additional hands-on experience in content editing and copywriting.
  • Proven ability to manage and edit diverse content formats.
  • Strong grasp of SEO practices and digital publishing standards.
  • Excellent written English skills, including grammar, flow, and consistency.
  • Ability to translate complex content into reader-friendly formats across various media.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
