Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive project management framework to govern transformation initiatives.
  • Align transformation and change management efforts with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
  • Define and enforce standards for project management and change management methodologies across the organization.
  • Monitor project performance metrics, risks, and dependencies, ensuring alignment with the transformation roadmap.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, department heads, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering management, or accounting.
  • PMP or Six Sigma certificate desired.
  • Preferably with Telco background.
  • Knowledgeable in Telco and IT products.
  • Knowledge in BPO and IT Operations setup.
  • Project Management experience.
