IT PMO Manager(Governance and Project Reporting)

Job Summary:

Lead the Service Delivery team in the design and implementation of a common project management methodology, including standards, templates and tools. Also, will play a key part in educating all business stakeholders and IT teams on process frameworks and guidelines, aligning Business and IT goals through portfolio prioritization and consolidated management reporting, reviewing overall IT productivity/resource allocation and helping IT teams accomplish due diligence requirements for consistent effective and efficient IT delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking the lead role in the development and implementation of common project, program and portfolio management standards and associated tools and documentation
  • Offering impartial, expert guidance and assistance in identifying key IT and Business stakeholders and agreeing with them on appropriate IT Governance support based on initiative classification, business priority, timeline and complexity.
  • Progress monitoring of IT projects, programs and service portfolios to understand and track IT development and overall IT productivity/resource allocation.
  • Handling user administration/production support for common ITS tools (e.g. Project Management Tool and Central Document Repository) and accommodating inquiries/requests for consultations on overall guidance on Policies, Procedures and Standard Templates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration/Management, Accountancy, Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering
  • Minimum 8-10 years experience in Software Development Life Cycle, Portfolio, Program and Project Management, Agile Frameworks, IT Operations, Management Reporting, Corporate Communications, Technical Writing, IT Governance, Continuous Improvement and Due Diligence
