Content Review Specialist

As a Content Review Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our online content. Your expertise will be instrumental in evaluating and curating social media posts across various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating content based on client guidelines
  • Requesting permissions from content creators using approved templates
  • Organizing approved content into designated folders
  • Tagging posts using a predefined list of topics and themes
  • Matching products featured in posts with items from the brand's product catalog to enable shoppable content
  • Supporting multiple campaigns and product launches across the client's brand
  • Sharing insights and suggestions with the Customer Success Manager to improve guidelines, content approval rates, and workflow efficiency

Key skills for this position include:

  • Minimum of a 2-year college degree
  • Ability to work full-time with occasional availability outside normal business hours
  • Familiarity with social networks and a strong interest in social media
  • Passionate about beauty; interest in related verticals such as fashion, travel, and lifestyle is a plus
  • Comfortable reading and navigating foreign language content
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain quality in repetitive tasks
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
  • Committed to the role with the intention to stay for at least one year
