At DCX, we're seeking a skilled process writer to join our team. As a Process Writer, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining clear and comprehensive documentation of various processes within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, develop, and document procedures of various processes within the team being supported.
  • Collaborate closely with various subject matter experts for accurate process documentation.
  • Reviews, evaluates, and updates existing documented processes and guidelines to reflect changes and improvements.
  • Provides recommendations for operational efficiency.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, industrial engineering, or any related field.
  • At least two (2) years of direct experience in process documentation, improvement, and technical writing.
  • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
  • Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications.
