Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs. This role will involve assisting in the design and administration of competitive compensation packages, including base pay, bonuses, and incentive schemes, as well as supporting the management and implementation of employee benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the Design and Administration of Compensation Packages: Assist in the development and implementation of competitive compensation packages that align with Snapscale's compensation strategy.
- Manage Employee Benefits Programs: Support the management and implementation of employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and government regulations.
- Perform Market Research and Salary Benchmarking: Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure Snapscale's compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards.
- Prepare and File Mandatory Reports: Assist with the preparation and filing of mandatory government reports related to compensation and benefits.
- Develop Job Descriptions and Grading Structures: Assist in the development of job descriptions, grading, and salary structures to ensure internal equity and alignment with market data.
- Handle Employee Inquiries: Handle employee inquiries and provide information regarding compensation, benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare and Process Reports: Prepare and process reports for management, including compensation and benefits summaries, compliance reports, and cost analysis.
- Maintain Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records related to compensation and benefits in the HR Information System.
- Communicate Compensation and Benefits Policies: Assist with the communication of compensation and benefits policies to employees, ensuring transparency and understanding.
- Monitor Compliance with Labor Laws and Regulations: Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and government requirements.
- Collaborate with External Vendors: Collaborate with external vendors for benefits administration and support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in Compensation and Benefits Administration: At least 1-2 years of experience in HR, particularly in compensation and benefits administration.
- Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws: Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, particularly in areas of compensation, statutory benefits, and payroll.
- Familiarity with Government Agencies' Regulations: Familiarity with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other government agencies' regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS and payroll systems is an advantage.
- Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, good analytical skills, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
