This role plays a critical part in helping customers achieve financial freedom. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a competitive personality, able to quickly learn new information and navigate a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations detailing solutions best suited to the retirement planning needs of customers.
- Utilize detailed information on IRA and investment products and have a solid understanding of the qualified plan environment.
- Cultivate relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and respond to a variety of plan and policy-related questions.
- Manage inbound conversations, make outbound calls, handle service requests, research and resolve issues, develop and implement strategies to assist customers with achieving their retirement goals.
- Deliver optimal solutions to customers in every interaction.
- Identify referral opportunities to partners who provide next step or in-depth complex solutions such as financial wellness, taxable investment strategies, or financial planning.
- Meet monthly and annual asset growth and retention/service goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
- Demonstrated success in performance/goal-oriented roles, ideally in asset growth and retention.
- Good working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and various file manipulation skills on a PC.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and ability to handle stressful situations and people daily.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work overnight hours.
- FINRA 7 & 63 registrations required within established timelines.
- FINRA fingerprinting required upon hire.
