About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned developer to spearhead the creation of innovative AI-powered web applications and workflows that drive efficiency and streamline operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create custom internal AI-driven web applications and tools that enhance operational performance and decision-making capabilities.
  • Design and develop automated processes for spreadsheet-based tasks, eliminating manual labor and improving team productivity.
  • Integrate various external APIs and build scalable backend services to connect internal systems seamlessly.
  • Research and implement new AI-driven automations to stay at the forefront of innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure tools meet business needs and usability standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Senior-level experience in software development, with a focus on AI-driven applications and workflow automation.
  • Proven ability to design and implement web applications using modern frameworks and languages.
  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, including experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI APIs.
  • Familiarity with integration/automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n, Make.com, and ability to create custom scripts or connectors as needed.
  • Solid experience integrating with third-party services and RESTful APIs, and building scalable backend services to connect data across systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and document your work clearly.
