Language Trainer Coach Role

We are seeking an experienced Language Trainer Coach to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the professional communication skills of corporate employees across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and support language trainers by providing individualized coaching and feedback, fostering their growth and development as educators.
  • Develop and deliver engaging online training programs to language trainers, incorporating discussions, quizzes, and other interactive elements to promote participant engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to develop high-quality online training materials, including presentations, guides, and multimedia content.
  • Facilitate professional development opportunities for language trainers, identifying needs and coordinating relevant training sessions, workshops, or webinars.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Extensive experience as a language trainer, instructor, or educator, preferably with experience in coaching or mentoring.
  • Excellent understanding of various language proficiency frameworks and their application in training.
  • Proficiency in using web conferencing tools, learning management systems, and other online training platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
