Supply Chain Planning Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive new thought-leading research around the tools, solutions and technologies that can solve business challenges in Supply Chain Planning.

This individual contributor role is based remotely and will be focused on researching, writing and advising on the changing vendor marketplace for Supply Chain Planning solutions, new technology developments and defining emerging supply chain planning ecosystems, architecture and business models.

  • Researching and advising on Supply Chain Planning technologies, including vendor analysis and market trends.

  • Writing and delivering presentations to senior business and technology executives on Supply Chain Planning topics.

  • Engaging with clients to understand their Supply Chain Planning needs and providing strategic advice.

  • Developing and managing complex projects related to Supply Chain Planning, including project planning, execution and delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in developing, managing or using supply chain planning technologies and a robust understanding of key planning processes such as Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Demand Planning (DP) and Supply Planning (SP).

Key qualifications include:

  • Expertise in complex problem solving and data visualization.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and advise senior business and technology executives.

  • Proven ability to work effectively leading or contributing to cross-team projects.

  • A genuine excitement about the possibilities of technology to solve business challenges, matched with a healthy dose of skepticism.
