Email Marketing Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies, including campaign planning, automation, and targeting.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future strategy.
- Manage a team of professionals, providing coaching and training to ensure success.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 4+ years of experience in email marketing, retention marketing, or digital campaign execution
- Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and coach team members
- Proven track record of success in email marketing, with ability to demonstrate results-driven approach
