We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to deliver exceptional service to our clients across multiple channels while supporting key business initiatives. This role combines operational customer care duties with marketing-related tasks, including assisting with campaigns, client communications, and digital engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise across teams.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries across email, phone, and social channels in line with luxury service standards
  • Manage daily live chat conversations with online platform clients, upholding company standards
  • Monitor and manage the customer care and information inbox, and handle all communication promptly
  • Act as primary point of contact for client concerns requiring escalation, consulting with staff and operations team to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and update relevant stakeholders on outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Experience in similar position within related industry
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, and proficiency in merchandise or ERP systems
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, particularly in data entry
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to liaise across teams
