Job Description

The Purchasing Specialist will be responsible for evaluating and comparing supplier offers, negotiating contract terms, and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery. They will also review the quality of purchased products, maintain updated records of purchases, and prepare reports on costs.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and compare supplier offers to determine the best value for our organization.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with suppliers to ensure fair and reasonable agreements.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Review the quality of purchased products to ensure they meet our standards.
  • Maintain updated records of purchases, including delivery information and invoices.
