About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead our growth strategy, leveraging their expertise in innovative marketing solutions to drive business expansion.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve quality lead generation and enhance brand recognition.
  • Spearhead the design and execution of growth strategies aimed at increasing customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment that drives results.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate growth experiments, scaling successful initiatives while iterating on those needing improvement.
  • Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing managerial role, with a track record of successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
