About the Role

A dynamic and results-driven Accounting Leadership Specialist is sought after to join our team. This role will empower you to deliver quality performance, drive business growth, and lead a high-performing team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and file accurate federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses using advanced tax software, adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals, setting performance expectations and monitoring progress.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by reviewing tax returns, providing guidance, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Oversee data security and confidentiality measures, upholding the highest ethical standards in financial reporting and client interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • CPA license required
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5-7 years of U.S. accounting experience, with focus on tax preparation and compliance
  • Proficiency in Intuit ProConnect Tax Software preferred but not required
