Content Strategist Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a global team that delivers innovative content solutions.

  • Create engaging content for paid advertising across various platforms.
  • Develop new strategies and contribute to the success of the team.
  • Analyze marketing performance and create content for target markets.

As a Content Strategist, you will work closely with the Global Marketing Team to deliver content that meets global hiring needs. Your strategic thinking will help plan, produce, analyze, and distribute content effectively.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create, launch, monitor, and provide analytics for paid social media advertising campaigns globally.
  • Consult with regional teams on paid advertising types and campaigns based on platform knowledge and market insights.
  • Manage assigned projects independently, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information, brainstorm ideas, and ensure content aligns with the overall social media strategy.
  • Analyze the efficiency of paid content types based on key performance indicators.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices and apply them to content creation and project development.

You will report to the Senior Manager and contribute to the team's overall success. If you have a passion for creating engaging content and developing new strategies, this role is perfect for you

  • Your Contributions:
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media marketing within each platform.
  • Knowledgeable in search engine optimization, content creation using Canva and CapCut, proofreading, and overall social media best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
  • Ability to be flexible during the creative process and shift priorities for business needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications, or certificate from a creative design program.
  • Fluency in English is required. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
