Financial Analyst Role Overview

We seek a detail-oriented professional to fill the position of Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze private company financials and CIM data from Excel files
  • Evaluate company performance against investment criteria
  • Manage CRM systems (HubSpot, Insightly) and maintain organization across deals and communications
  • Conduct outreach via email and phone for business development purposes
  • Support communication by organizing data and follow-ups
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including scheduling and data maintenance
Requirements:
  • Strong English fluency — clear communication is essential
  • Experience in financial analysis and reviewing company financials
  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables; Google Sheets acceptable)
  • Hands-on experience using CRM tools like HubSpot and Insightly
  • Comfortable making outbound calls to stakeholders
  • Highly organized and reliable, with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
