Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at SEA Olympus Marketing, Inc.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. You will also assist Sales Executives with their bookings & quotations, process transactions of walk-in clients, and submit necessary documents for project process deployment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate administrative tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
