Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Associate to join our team at the Aboitiz Group.
This role involves providing administrative support to the AEV Legal Team, including document management, coordination, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- In charge of document management, including receiving, sending/transmittal, and safekeeping of documents;
- Oversee document production, which includes labeling of documents, scanning, photocopying, printing, and collating;
- Coordinate filing of project documents in accordance with the Aboitiz Group's filing policy;
- Assist the lawyer/s during meetings/negotiations/trainings/events (as required);
- Conversion of files;
- Routing of documents for signature.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Management or Legal Management;
- Minimum of 3 years in a related role or function;
- Strong background in contract drafting and reviewing, contract database management, and special projects management such as assistance in due diligence and closing requirements;
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision;
- Prior experience in a law firm or a publicly listed company is an advantage.
