The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and execute innovative PPP initiatives that drive economic growth, improve lives, and protect the environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement PPP strategies aligned with ADB's country programs and sectoral priorities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, private sector companies, civil society organizations, and development partners
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to integrate PPP expertise into ADB's lending and technical assistance activities

Key Requirements

  • Advanced degree in business, economics, engineering, law, or a related field
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience in PPP development, infrastructure finance, or a related field
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful PPP projects in the Asia-Pacific region
