Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support our real estate operations at Midfield Enterprises. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make and receive calls on behalf of the executive team.
  • Conduct basic phone lookups and research when needed.
  • Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling for executives.
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and report generation.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure smooth administrative operations.
  • Handle other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
