Customer Support Service Lead

Socium - Teams Done Differently is searching for a highly skilled Customer Support Service Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customer technical support services are delivered and service commitments are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team to deliver excellent customer support
- Ensure resolution of customer requests or issues
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a solid working knowledge of customer and service support processes and methodologies. You should also have experience working with telco Industry specifically in OSS and be able to take ownership of your work.
A minimum of 7-9 years of support experience is typically required for this position. If you have a proven track record in leading teams to deliver excellent customer support, we encourage you to apply.
