The role of a Community and Campus Recruiter involves delivering exceptional customer service support and problem resolution to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery meets contractual performance standards.
  • Clarify client requirements, utilize decision-support tools, and provide effective resolution.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor, build rapport with clients, and demonstrate empathy.
  • Provide comprehensive knowledge of client products and services.
  • Prepare accurate work records, including notation of accounts as required.
  • Prioritize activities to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • Offer additional solutions and services.
  • Monitor, document, and retrieve information in call tracking systems.
Candidate Profile
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, combined with relevant experience is preferred.
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent computer navigation skills and proficiency in PC software.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, reliability, and multitasking abilities.
  • Tolerance for repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork and adaptability skills.
  • Patience and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Flexibility to rotate shifts as needed.
