Job Overview:

Senior Business Development Managers at HawodTech Solutions are responsible for closing deals with potential clients by promoting our services to enhance their business processes.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Hit or exceed a set sales monthly quota and a fixed revenue per lead target.
  • Present the company and its services to all leads assigned by the Marketing and Inside Sales groups.
  • Nurture these leads and attempt to turn them into customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years' experience as a Business Development Manager in a related field.
  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work in an office-based setup.
  • Sales/Marketing experience is a plus but not required.
