Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional content strategist to create high-impact content and shape how complex AI and customer experience concepts are communicated to B2B audiences.

  • Create strategic content (70% of your time): thought leadership articles, how-to guides, competitive analyses, and customer stories showcasing real business impact.
  • Transform complex Natural Language Processing and customer experience concepts into actionable content for executives, brand managers, product managers, and CX professionals.
  • Lead the evolution of our content strategy by building content that aligns with real intent, not just keywords. You'll build logical connections between concepts that matter to our organization and target audiences.

Editorial Excellence & Strategy (30% of your time)

  • Guide freelance writers and occasional contributors to maintain quality standards.
  • Repurpose long-form content across channels while adapting tone and depth for each audience.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership to ensure content supports business goals and customer journeys.

Requirements:

Have proven content expertise: 3+ years creating B2B SaaS content that executives read and share, portfolio demonstrating technical topics' accessibility, and experience writing for multiple audiences within the same organization.

Master AI-powered content creation: advanced proficiency with Claude, ChatGPT, and emerging AI writing tools, ability to create original, strategic content using AI while maintaining quality and authenticity.
