We are looking for a creative professional with exceptional leadership skills to lead our content creation team in the E-Learning Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of high-quality multimedia content strategies using tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Oversee a small team of creatives, providing guidance and ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining creative excellence.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, present creative concepts, and incorporate feedback into deliverables.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to introduce innovative ideas and keep content engaging.
  • Review and approve creative outputs, analyze performance metrics, and optimize content for effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven team leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide creative teams.
  • At least 5+ years of professional experience in content creation or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or Graphics Design.
  • Strong expertise in Motion Graphics, Animation, Illustration, and Video Production, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.

Work Arrangements:

The ideal candidate will be based in Makati City, with regular working hours from Mondays to Fridays (8 AM to 5 PM Manila Time). A hybrid work setup may be required, with occasional office visits once a week.

Remuneration Package:

  • Benefits (Upon Regularization): Leave Benefits: 10 days Vacation Leave (increasing annually, up to a maximum of 20 days), 10 days Sick Leave (unused leave convertible to cash). Health Coverage: HMO coverage for the employee + 1 dependent. Other Perks: Communication allowance of P1,100/month.
Compensation: Salary Range: P35,000 – P40,000 (all-in).">
