Job Title

Overview

The ideal candidate will be a motivated professional with a strong desire to make a difference in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor batch jobs and perform initial investigations into any failures that occur
  • Prepare and send communications to stakeholders/users as required
  • Execute known workarounds and resolutions for issues encountered
  • Create tickets and escalate them to other support teams as necessary
  • Manage and respond to chats with users
  • Acknowledge and respond to emails from stakeholders/users
  • Trigger and facilitate calls to resolve issues when needed

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering

Technical Skills:

  • Data Visualization, Information Delivery, Dashboards, and Reports - preferred
  • Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence concepts - preferred
  • Azure Data Platform and Components - preferred
