Billing Operations Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Billing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and accurate billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating with departments: Ensure all sales and orders are accurately billed for.
  • Client setup: Set up clients for billing.
  • Invoice preparation: Prepare, issue, and send invoices.
  • Billing accuracy: Review invoices to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile invoices with customer orders.
  • Communication: Communicate with clients and internal departments, resolving issues and providing clarifications.
  • Account setup: Ensure clients' billing accounts are set up correctly and according to their requirements.
  • Record maintenance: Maintain updated records of customers' account billing information.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and meet billing deadlines.
  • Account monitoring: Monitor accounts receivable and transactions.
  • Problem-solving: Detect and resolve errors in billing operations and other related problems.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a billing analyst or in a similar role. At least 1 year of experience is accepted.
  • Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills: Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Attention to detail: Ability to prioritize, strong attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility: Willing to work onsite and potentially in night shifts.
