Remote MERN Stack Development Opportunity

This position involves working on web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of these technologies and be able to develop and maintain high-quality code.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build user interfaces and APIs.
  • Participate in agile development methodologies, including planning, code reviews, and testing.
  • Integrate and optimize AI tools and APIs to improve workflows and product functionality.
  • Communicate effectively with team members who speak Japanese and English.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Japanese (written, spoken, and listening).
  • Solid experience with the MERN stack.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Experience working in remote and cross-cultural teams.
  • Strong understanding of Git and software development best practices.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools for productivity and efficiency.
Nice to Have:
  • Exposure to artificial intelligence or machine learning projects.
  • Knowledge of large language model architectures.
  • Familiarity with Python and its application in backend development.
  • Understanding of DevOps principles and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
