Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Power Supply Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics engineering and experience in designing switching mode power supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and develop innovative switching mode power supply topologies that meet our product requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products, exploring novel applications for our IC products.
  • Design and develop high-performance switching power supply units utilizing our products for design documentation, training materials, or customer requirements.
  • Evaluate and test switching power supplies constructed with our products, providing technical guidance and support to customers worldwide.
  • Conduct research and author technical application materials for publication and presentation at conferences, seminars, trade magazines, and data books.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Power Supply Design Engineer or equivalent experience in areas such as power converters, conversion, management, switching/switch mode power supply units, inverters, power electronics design equipment, analog electronics design, control loop design, and power magnetics design.
  • Desirable experience includes designing power electronic circuitry for industrial electronic equipment or consumer devices.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience in specification creation, technical report writing, and test plans/instructions.
  • A team player with excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
