Job Title: Customer Service Professional

This role involves providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients via various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to internet and phone services.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and systems to identify and resolve problems.
  • Provide education on products and services to enhance or resolve customer issues.
  • Manage escalated concerns and coordinate with internal teams as needed.
  • Meet program-specific KPIs and SLAs to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any degree, undergraduates are also encouraged to apply with compensatory TSR/BPO experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in speaking, writing, and reading English.
  • At least 12 months of TSR experience, preferably broadband internet services from any BPOs.
  • General knowledge of telecommunications products and services is a plus.
  • Must have international voice support exposure from any TSR or Service Desk experience.
  • Ability to work on night shifts, shifting schedules, and split offs as necessary.
  • Good attention to details and strong problem-solving skills.

Our office is located at the Ground Floor, BPO Tech Hub 2, SM Clark, Angeles, Pampanga.
