Job Title: Senior .NET Developer

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying .NET applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
- Implement scalable, secure, and high-performing APIs, web applications, and backend systems.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs into existing applications.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration with user interfaces.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions on time.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
- Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring system reliability and uptime.
- Optimize application performance and scalability by profiling and refactoring code.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation for development processes and solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on .NET technologies and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Microsoft certifications in .NET technologies (e.g., MCPD, MCSD) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in .NET development.
- Proven track record of developing and deploying enterprise-grade applications.
- Proficiency in .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#.
- Strong experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.
- Hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React (optional but preferred).
- Knowledge of database design and development using SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
