Overview

We are a respected real estate consultancy firm PRIME Philippines seeking a highly skilled Property Leasing Director to play a pivotal role in shaping our brokerage services direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain regular communication with landlords and tenants to understand their future property requirements and address their needs effectively.
  • Manage the entire leasing process on behalf of both landlords and tenants, including site inspections, leasing proposals, negotiations, and finalizing lease agreements.
  • Conduct daily cold calls and arrange meetings with prospective clients.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships to generate a substantial volume of prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain an extensive database of property listings.
  • Record and monitor fees payable to PRIME.
  • Stay actively informed about the real estate market in the Philippines, ensuring a high standard of knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Must have 3 years of experience as a manager in leasing, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
  • Based in Cebu or willing to relocate in Cebu.
