Marketing & Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Marketing & Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality marketing campaigns and designs that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Newsletters & Campaigns
  • Create and send two high-quality newsletters per month to our subscribers.
  • Design and optimize HubSpot campaigns, workflows, forms, and landing pages to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports on open rates, click-through rates, and subscriber growth.
  • Content Social Execution
  • Develop and publish a minimum of eight social media posts per month across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with the video editor to create engaging video content for social media.
  • Write, format, and publish one blog post per month on our website.
  • Produce one case study per month in collaboration with the delivery team.
  • Lead Operations
  • Import leads from Predictive Index three times a week.
  • Research the Ideal Customer Profile fit of all leads and provide lead scoring and notes for the Business Development Manager.
  • Brand Design
  • Deliver six to twelve creative assets per month, including ads, carousels, slide decks, workbooks, PDFs, and merchandise.
  • Maintain our brand asset library and ensure all visuals are high-quality and aligned with our brand identity.
  • Create sales enablement collateral, including pitch decks, proposals, and one-pagers.
  • Reporting Optimization
  • Submit a monthly marketing performance report covering campaigns, newsletters, leads, social media, and YouTube.
  • Recommend one idea per month for optimization or creative experimentation.

Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing and design
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
