About the Job

We're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Visualizer to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact creative design briefs across marketing and sales divisions.

Responsibilities include working across Adobe's Creative Suite, Figma, and video/animation editing tools to execute prospect-facing design tasks including social media ads, display ads, email graphics, event banners, landing page imagery, and promo videos. You will manage end-to-end creative briefing process, collecting requests from growth team, prioritizing, and ensuring high quality delivery meeting required deadlines.

You will maintain and consistently use brand across business, ensuring all outgoing and customer-facing creative is aligned to visual identity and brand guidelines.

  • Design creative assets for marketing campaigns, including social media ads, display ads, email graphics, event banners, landing page imagery, and promo videos.
  • Work within established brand guidelines to maintain consistency across channels while injecting fresh creativity.
  • Adapt visuals for various platforms and formats, ensuring optimal performance and readability.
  • Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and other designers to align visuals with campaign goals.
  • Manage multiple fast-moving projects with tight deadlines, from concept to final delivery.
  • Stay updated on design trends, marketing best practices, and emerging platforms.

This role requires 2+ years experience as marketing designer, graphic designer, or similar role. Must be expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Animation creation and video editing skills are also necessary.

A strong understanding of digital marketing channels and creative requirements is required. Experience working with website graphics and design in B2B environment is preferred. Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality is essential. Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset are also needed.
