As a Risk Analyst I, you will play a key role in identifying high-risk transactions and fraudulent activity. You will be responsible for monitoring merchant authorizations, deposits, and refunds to identify suspect transactions via RiskNet. Your analytical skills will help you verify information with card issuing banks and validate suspicious transactions by contacting merchants and obtaining necessary documents.
In this role, you will also focus on providing quality customer service and subject matter expertise to internal departments, third-party partners, independent sales organizations, and credit card issuers. You will work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and multitask in a complex environment.
To succeed in this position, you will need strong analytical and decision-making skills, flexibility to work different shift schedules, including weekends and holidays, and the ability to work independently. A degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
