Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance function, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and performance of our SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements and specifications.
  • Automated Testing: Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing using tools like Selenium or Cypress.
  • Manual Testing: Identify bugs, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks in the application.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand features and functionalities, providing input on testability and quality requirements.
  • Defect Tracking: Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira or Bugzilla.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives, contributing to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing methodologies, tools, and processes, as well as experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
