Junior Branding Designer Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and innovative branding designer to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented designer to develop and implement impactful visual designs across various platforms, contributing to the overall branding strategy and ensuring brand consistency.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong understanding of graphic design principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative brand identities, including logos, color schemes, typography, and other brand elements
  • Create comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across various platforms and materials
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and understand the target audience for effective branding strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align branding efforts across all materials and channels
  • Design compelling visual content for advertisements, packaging, websites, social media, and other marketing materials
  • Stay current with the latest branding trends, technologies, and best practices
Requirements:
  • A degree in Graphic Design or related field from a reputable institution or equivalent experience
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing strong skills in graphic design and branding
  • Proficiency in Adobe Design Software, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
  • Strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to translate ideas into compelling visual designs
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and understand design requirements
