Reliable Data Platforms SRE

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our data platforms. This involves collaborating with senior team members to monitor platform health, track SLAs, and resolve issues.

Key responsibilities include performing application administration tasks such as installations, connectivity, configuration, upgrades, and patching across cloud and SaaS platforms. You will also be responsible for supporting automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and enable "shift-left" operational models.

A successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work across multiple technical domains. Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is required, along with basic scripting skills and hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.

Preferred qualifications include exposure to data/analytics platforms like Snowflake, BI tools, or ETL platforms, as well as awareness of monitoring tools, automation concepts, CI/CD practices, or DevOps workflows.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of relevant IT experience.
