Key Responsibilities

We drive strategic partnerships with global organizations to make informed decisions on key initiatives. Through constant learning, discovery and collaboration, you'll help clients achieve mission-critical objectives, grow your career and amplify your impact across industries.

Your research portfolio will provide actionable insights, predictions and advice to clients in the roles of Chief Data and Analytics Officers, Data & Analytics Leaders and leaders of D&A Governance. In addition, you will understand adjacent research areas and practices.

  • Develop innovative, thought-leading research that drives client demand through your expertise in specified areas and applicable adjacent areas.
  • Utilize deep knowledge of a particular market, industry or role; deep understanding of both technology and industry to include the market, vendors, products and user strategies in specific areas.
  • Create and deliver high-value presentations and other materials including webinars, client meetings, large stage presentations, and workshops at conferences.
  • Engage with clients through 400-500 interactions each year (e.g., inquiry calls, document reviews etc.).
  • Assist the sales organization in selling and retention on topics covered by your team.
  • Provide high-quality and timely research peer review.
  • Mentor and support team members after some time in your role.
  • Actively participate in or lead research community meetings to discuss research issues and collaborate effectively with peers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 12+ years of experience within the field of D&A Governance, D&A Leadership, or the role of CDAO.
  • Significant applicable experience in related industry disciplines and deep knowledge of a particular market.
  • Deep understanding of both technology and industry to include the market, vendors, products and user strategies in specific areas.
  • Experience in presenting to clients at events and conferences, performing workshops and briefings.
  • Excellent storytelling skills. Articulate and succinct communication skills; ability to explain complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Expertise in Data & Analytics Governance, including organizational structures, roles and responsibilities, maturity levels.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% (where applicable).
