Job Overview

The Staffing Operations Manager role involves overseeing the end-to-end staffing process, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding. This requires strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the end-to-end staffing process, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding.
  2. Manage relationships with internal customers, including HR Business Partners/Managers, Department Managers, and Division Heads.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to achieve hiring goals in areas of timeliness and quality.
  4. Ensure effective documentation of the staffing process and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and guide candidates through the process.
Requirements
  1. Graduate of Psychology or any Behavioral Science course preferred.
  2. At least 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end staffing/recruitment processes.
  3. Experience in account management required.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  5. Exposure to recruitment analytics an advantage.
  6. Hands-on experience in online recruitment platforms.
  7. Willingness to work in a hybrid setup.
