Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and providing guidance on workforce planning and succession planning.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to offer extension, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
  • Provide guidance on job descriptions, salary structures, and benefits to ensure alignment with company policies and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Educational background: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience: Proven experience in recruitment or HR management, with a strong track record of success
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
