We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the insurance industry and be part of a dynamic and growing organization.
Job Description Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with experience in gathering and documenting business requirements. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and document business requirements through interviews, surveys, and other research methods.
  • Develop comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs) that are clear, unambiguous, and suitable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Present detailed requirements to stakeholders to obtain consensus and buy-in.
  • Review and evaluate proposed solutions for alignment with business and customer needs, highlighting key risks.
  • Collaborate with product teams to design and implement solutions that align with the company's data-led strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, computer science, or information systems.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a business analyst, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Proven success in business and quality analysis roles involving complex project delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing abilities at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques, including user stories, process flowcharting, and requirements documentation.
  • Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Familiarity with project management and change platforms, such as Jira or Azure.
