About the Role

TalentHero is looking for a highly skilled Component Procurement Staff to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, analyzing costs, and developing new components.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage Supplier Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure they meet our quality and delivery requirements.
  • Cost Analysis: Conduct thorough cost analyses to identify areas for cost reduction and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Component Development: Collaborate with suppliers to develop new components and improve existing ones.
Requirements
  1. More than 2 years of experience in component procurement activities in a manufacturing company.
  2. Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
  3. Hands-on experience in supplier Quality-Cost-Delivery capability enhancement activities is a plus.
  4. Familiarity with market research, benchmarking, supplier development, and auditing activities is an advantage.
  5. Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, other Engineering-related fields, or any business-related courses.
