Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team at Crackerjack Corporation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials from accredited suppliers, raising and expediting purchase orders to meet the demands of the business, and communicating with suppliers and customers regarding delivery dates, orders, and returns.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They should have a strong understanding of procurement processes and procedures, with experience in managing complex purchasing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing materials from accredited suppliers;
• Raising and expediting purchase orders to meet business demands;
• Communicating with suppliers and customers regarding delivery dates, orders, and returns;
• Resolving any delivery issues that may arise;

The successful candidate will be required to work closely with various departments within the company to ensure seamless execution of purchasing operations.
