Main Responsibilities:

  1. Negotiate contracts with hotels, airlines, attractions, and other travel service providers to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
  2. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential risks, informing contracting strategies that align with our agency's sales objectives.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to share contract updates, negotiate special offers, and address any operational challenges, ensuring seamless integration with our sales and product teams.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, resolving contractual disputes or issues efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  4. In-depth knowledge of the Philippines travel industry, including accommodations, transportation, attractions, and related services.
  5. Familiarity with market analysis techniques and the ability to apply them to contracting decisions.
  6. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  8. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  9. Ability to travel for supplier meetings across the Philippines.
