Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lease Accounting Senior Accountant to join our team at Manpower (Philippines).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the recording of lease transactions and related journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in the monthly and quarterly lease accounting close activities, including balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
  • Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and related disclosures, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Provide assistance with ad-hoc requests and mailbox management, demonstrating flexibility and proactive approach.

Requirements:

  • Shared Service experience is a plus; knowledge of Lease or Fixed Asset accounting is essential.
  • A2R experience and familiarity with ERP Systems (SAP), Microsoft Excel (Macro) are desirable.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any Finance-related course is required.

Work Experience:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in Finance and Accounting is necessary.

Work Arrangement:

The ideal candidate should be flexible to work in a mid-shift schedule but is open to graveyard shifts if needed.

Work Location:

Manpower (Philippines) offers a hybrid setup of 3 days office-based and 2 days work-from-home arrangement for this role.
