Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, providing personalized support and guidance throughout their journey with us.

  • Utilize your expertise in customer onboarding, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and meet or exceed customer expectations.

  • Drive product adoption and success through proactive engagement, regular check-ins, and effective communication of value and benefits.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Proactively address and resolve customer issues, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution and minimize impact on the customer's business.

  • Conduct thorough analysis of customer needs and develop tailored plans to drive customer success and growth.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment and effective handoffs, resulting in increased sales velocity and improved customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
